Michelle has developed a program for individuals to improve their performance of everyday activities called Fit2Function helping clients gain overall strength through core training for spinal well-being, muscular strength, balance, flexibility and increased range of motion.
Michelle has helped many individuals after knee/ joint surgery and other issues. In addition she has helped individuals overcome the immobility experienced with frozen shoulder, scoliosis, and other problems by improving muscular strength, balance, mobility and range of motion. She can also help prepare your body for surgery as to aid in improved post-surgical recovery.
